Good morning, and welcome to Simmons First National Corporation’s first quarter 2025 earnings call.

Joining me today are several members of our executive management team, including Chairman and CEO, George Makris, President, Jay Brogdon and CFO, Daniel Hobbs. Today’s call will begin with opening remarks followed by a Q&A session.
